According to Rav Yehuda at the top of the amud, Shimshon's "seed was like a rushing stream." The note in the Artscroll explains the reason for this blessing: "Samson, though, understood his role as requiring him to engage in relations with Philistine women to save the Jewish nation from attack; he was blessed with abundant ability to carry out his plan."

Brilliant! Maybe we could learn something from this for the current Middle East conflict...
